    Better Than Walking Shuttle Services is committed to the safety of our passengers and the community. To this end, we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for the use of intoxicating substances by our drivers.

    Policy Details

    • No driver may use or be under the influence of intoxicating substances—including alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled  substances—while operating a vehicle.
    • No driver may operate a vehicle if impaired by any substance that affects safe driving ability.
    • Any violation will result in immediate suspension or termination and will be      reported to the City of Dallas Department of Transportation authorities.
